Enrolling in Mobile Banking

You must first be an existing Peoples Bank customer and be enrolled in Peoples Bank Online Banking to enroll in Mobile Banking. Once you set up Online Banking, follow these simple steps to enroll in Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign in to your Online Banking account

  2. Select Profile

  3. Scroll to Mobile Banking

  4. Click Enroll Now

  5. Select your preferences

  6. Download the app

  7. Start banking when and where you want!

Please note: Business customers must contact your Peoples Bank relationship manager to set up Business Online Banking.

The Peoples Bank mobile banking app for individuals and businesses is available for Apple and Android mobile devices. You can either click on the icons below to download the Peoples Bank Personal app or you can search in the App Store for "MyPeoplesBank Personal" or "MyPeoplesBank Business."  The app icon reflects the "P" in Peoples Bank's logo. Download the app today.


Peoples Bank Mobile App Features

Remote Deposit Capture – Skip a trip to the bank and deposit a check anywhere you have internet access. Customers with the Peoples Bank mobile banking app can deposit checks simply by taking a photo and businesses can deposit checks of large dollar amounts. Touch ID Authentication – Touch ID authentication uses fingerprint identity technology to authenticate the user of the device. Available for Apple smartphone or tablet users, Touch ID is a fast and secure alternative to using traditional login credentials for your Peoples Bank mobile banking app. While Touch ID does not change the features you will have access to as a mobile banking user, all app users will still need to enter a username and password to change your settings or conduct transactions through People Pay. This is an added security measure to help protect your accounts against fraudulent activity. Please note: Touch ID is not available on Business Mobile.

Business Mobile Positive Pay – View the images of your Positive Pay exceptions along with the reason why it was flagged. Positive Pay is an automated fraud detection tool that matches the check presented for payment against a list of checks previously authorized and issued by the company. *You must be registered for Positive Pay services to access this feature. Business Mobile Alerts and Approvals  – Conduct business efficiently and timely from your mobile device. Alerts and approvals set-up through Business Online Banking carry over to your mobile device. Receive a text alert if an approval is required for any of the following: fund transfers, ACH transactions, wire transfers, positive pay exceptions, and bill payments. Mobile Text Banking 

If you do not own a smartphone or Peoples Bank mobile app is not available on your smartphone, then you can take advantage of our mobile text banking service for convenience in receiving alerts on your accounts. You can receive alert text messages about your account balances, any security changes, recent transactions, posted transfers, loan payments, and ATM/Debit card transactions. Note: You need to be enrolled in Peoples Bank Online Banking in order to sign up for mobile text banking. Standard carrier fees may apply.
